The location was AMAZING. I could walk to the central train station in about five minutes. The staff was polite and helpful during check-in. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast 'to go' bag that the lady at the front desk offered me.
The hotel decor looked tired and somewhat outdated. My room lacked a refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities, which i found disappointing. i noticed a fair amount of street noise, especially when the window was open.

the staff seemed friendly enough upon arrival, and i did get checked in without much trouble.
My room was quite small and felt stuffy. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work properly, so it got pretty uncomfortable overnight. i ended up opening a window, but then the street noise made it hard to sleep at all. it definitely impacted my rest.

the receptionist was very helpful. continental breakfast included cheeses, eggs, and bread rolls (a great start to the day!). the location is a short walk from the main station and a wonderful museum. departure points for a river cruise, tourist bus, and the main shopping street are also nearby.
the provided shower gel was only a small portion.

I found the staff REALLY helpful with directions to local attractions. My room included a mini fridge which was very useful for storing drinks. The location is near the train station. This made transportation simple.
Only two people could fit comfortably.

I found the location very convenient. It is near the main station but on a quiet street. The staff was attentive and helpful (especially the woman at the front desk!). The room was spotlessly clean throughout my stay.
